Did You Know by Eating Less You Gain More Weight?

We all are concerned about our weight however when it comes to girls, no one can beat them! Girls tend to starve all day and yet they feel they’re gaining weight. I’m sure you have a friend who is overly obsessed about her weight, at least I do, who asks everyday… Have I gained weight? Do I look fat? Do you think  I’m out of shape?

If you are a boyfriend, you simply say “No dear you haven’t” because you know the consequences of a negation. If you are a friend, even then you have to convince her that she has the most perfect figure because you don’t want to tolerate her worse mood. Weight is something we all are conscious of. And dear girl you are not an exception.

Unhealthy Lifestyle

In either case, the fact is that our unhealthy lifestyle has created room for plumps to accumulate.
To reduce these extra pounds, we go to any extend. We start going to gym, skip college, join yoga classes (even if we do not know the ABC of this meditation) and try to follow every diet plan a mock dietitian is explaining at any absurd TV channel.

Our busy lifestyles have made us lethargic instead of making us active. Now we are more dependent on electronic appliances and machines. Right from making a cup of coffee early in the morning to washing our utensils after the supper, we are dependent on automated machines- this makes us lazy. Whatever diet we take is not consumed properly by our body as the body organs start functioning sluggish as well.

Have you ever noticed that when you are on a so-called-diet, you are actually gaining weight? Isn’t it strange? But it is a fact. This is because our body is naturally designed in a way that we take food, it digests food with the help of certain enzymes and then distributes it to different organs for further distribution. We gain energy and do our work. Whenever we try to change it drastically (the word drastically is used because in crash diets the food intake is radically decreased) our body is unable to understand it. Instead it gets confused.

What to change?

In your daily life you take meals around 3-4 times a day, but when you cut down your meals your body is still expecting it thrice a day. Your body keeps on secreting enzymes that help in the breakdown of food and when these enzymes do not find any food particles to break-down they slow down their secretion process. As a result when you take your baby-loaves, your brain does not send signal to release food enzymes. Your food remains unattended and instead of benefitting you, it adds to your body fat.

I know you want to get into sleek and skinny jeans, but there are other ways to achieve this goal. You can start taking balance diet. 4-5 small but fiber rich meals a day can do it. Cut your fast food consumption and take proteins and carbohydrates rich food items as a substitute. This will make your hair grow longer and look shinier, and your skin will get healthier.

After all you want to flaunt your new red gown with a perfect smile and a polished skin. Lastly, do not  forget to take at least 7-8 glasses of water each day for better digestion.

Switch to a healthier lifestyle if you want to be a diva. It isn’t much difficult.
