A very intense park workout. Its meant to challenge all your muscles as well as effect your cardio. You go from exercise to exercise with no rest in between the workouts. 10 Muscle ups, 10 Handstand Push ups, 10 Dips, 10 Jumping Squats, 10 Push ups, 10 knee raises that is one set, 3 sets, rest until you feel like you can complete a whole another full set. Record your time and try to beat your time every time you try this while still using perfect form and full range of motion.
