Big muscles are easy words to pronounce, but do you have what it takes to get them big? I used to be a really skinny guy that walked unnoticed around school, but I could see how muscular guys got all the attention from everyone! Especially those hot girls you’ve always wanted to impress.

Big and defined muscles are the key for those skinny guys who want to enter the door of respect and admiration.

I know that there are tons of guys that are living the same situation that I lived, and I also know it’s very difficult to start without guidance. For that same reason I felt inspired to write this article because I’ve been in that situation and I feel the commitment of telling skinny guys how to get big muscles.

Aerobic exercises won’t get you big muscles, so if you think that by playing football, running, or any other exercises like these, you will get big and muscular, then you’re wrong. The key is the anaerobic exercise, this exercise is intense enough to trigger anaerobic metabolism. It is used by athletes in non-endurance sports to build power and by bodybuilders to build muscle mass.

Muscles trained under anaerobic conditions develop differently, leading to greater performance in short duration, high intensity activities, which last up to about 2 minutes. In other two simple words: Lifting weights! Weights will become your training partners, the heavier they are, the bigger you will get, but it requires more information to do it right. I also wish that it could be as simple, as just lifting weights, but there are two other main things to apply: Excellent nutrition and good technique.
